Returns & Exchanges

At Groove®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive an automated notification that your return is in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
